• Resident liability insurance - $14.50, resident can supply their own insurance that meets the property requirement to have the charge removed.

• Pest Control Fee - $2.00, required

• Utility reimbursement fee – includes water, sewer, gas, electric and trash - $110.00 required

Optional Fees:

• One-Time Pet Fee – Non-Refundable - $300.00 (not per pet)

• Monthly Pet Fee - $30.00 per pet (2 pets allowed)
