Apartment 111 is a one-of-a kind layout and the only one bedroom at Madison Gate Apartments. This spacious floorplan is located in our lower building on the northeast corner featuring expansive windows, balcony with storage, large walk-in closet, and premium finishes. The apartment is on the first floor, however since it's built on downward on a hill, there are 4 flights of stairs to access the apartment from the parking lot.

Renters pay for all utilities. Water, sewer, garbage is paid online with rent. Electric is paid to Seattle City Light. Last month's rent may be required based on screening results.

Cats and dogs are welcome, breed restrictions apply, see rental criteria for more information. Pet deposit is 25% of the base rent. The monthly pet rent is $10 per cat and $35 per dog. The maximum allowable pets per unit are two.
